Artist Submission Guidelines

Thank you for your interest in submitting your work. We are always excited to discover new voices in contemporary jewelry and welcome submissions from both emerging and established artists whose work reflects innovation, craftsmanship, and a distinct artistic perspective.

What Were Looking For

We curate a collection that emphasizes:

  • Contemporary and original design
  • Strong craftsmanship and attention to detail
  • Thoughtful use of materials (precious metals, natural gemstones, and mixed media)
  • Wearability balanced with artistic expression
  • A cohesive body of work (minimum 8–10 pieces)

 

Submission Requirements

Please include the following in a single PDF (preferred) or email:

1. Artist Statement (150–300 words)
Describe your concept, inspiration, and approach to your work.

2. Portfolio (8–10 images)

  • High-quality images of your jewelry
  • Clean background, well-lit, true-to-color images preferred

3. Image List
For each piece, include:

  • Title
  • Materials
  • Dimensions
  • Wholesale and retail price

4. Resume or CV (optional but encouraged)
Include exhibitions, education, and relevant experience.

5. Website / Social Media
Provide links if available.


Consignment Policy Overview

Please note that we work exclusively on a consignment basis.

  • Consignment split is 50/50:
    • Artist receives 50% of the retail price
    • Gallery/store retains 50%
  • Artists retain ownership of their work until sold
  • Payment is issued 30 days after the sale of each piece
  • A formal consignment agreement will be provided upon acceptance

We value transparency and aim to build long-term, mutually supportive relationships with our artists.


Additional Information

  • Work must be original and handcrafted or artist-designed
  • All pieces should be ready for retail (finished, durable, and wearable)
  • Pricing should be consistent with your market and other retail locations (if applicable)
  • We are particularly interested in artists open to ongoing collaboration and evolving collections
  • Packaging is not required; we will handle all in-store packaging

Review Timeline

Due to the volume of submissions, please allow 2–4 weeks for review.
Only selected artists will be contacted.

We carefully consider each submission; however, due to limited space and curatorial direction, we are unable to accept all work. We sincerely appreciate your interest and the time you put into sharing your work with us.


If Selected

Artists will be invited to participate through a consignment partnership, with opportunities for:

  • In-store placement
  • Featured collections or seasonal showcases
  • Exhibitions or special events
