Order Status / Track your Order
Easily check the status of your order anytime, anywhere. Customers can visit our order status page to check the progress of their order as it's fulfilled. The order confirmation that we provide our customers is sent by either email, SMS and includes a link to the order status page.
The type of notification that you will receive depends on the contact information that you entered at checkout. If you entered a phone number at checkout, then you will receive an order confirmation by SMS. If you entered an email at checkout, then they receive an order confirmation by email, followed by order and shipping updates. Order and shipping updates are not sent by SMS. You must opt-in at checkout to receive order and shipping updates by email.
Gift Wrapping & Gift Cards
Gift Wrapping is provided in store only. Please ask for gift wrapping at check out.
When you're sure, gift wrap the special piece of jewelry. When you're not, may we recommend that you give a gift card! Our Gift cards are available in store as a traditional gift card or as an e-Gift card styles in varying denominations. Learn more
Ring & Jewelry Sizing
If you would like to purchase a ring shown on our web site, and you need a size other than the size indicated, please call or email us to see if it is possible to have the ring re-sized or ordered in a different size. Contact us at (619) 692-0099 or email us at julie@taboostudio.com.

Layaway
When shopping at our store location, we offer an interest free layaway policy for the purchase of any piece of jewelry. We ask for 1/3 down at the time of purchase and allow 2 months for payment to be completed. Any and all items can be picked up when payment is received in full.

Pricing
On custom pieces, TABOO STUDIO will always honor a price quoted on the day the order is placed. Please be advised that due to the fluctuating price of gold, silver, and platinum, prices of jewelry are subject to change.

Returns & Exchange Policy
TABOO STUDIO accepts items for return within SEVEN days of purchase. There can be no sign of wear or incorrect treatment.
If an item is returned, TABOO STUDIO will provide you with a store credit for the amount of the purchase or we can exchange your item(s) for another piece of jewelry. We cannot provide refunds. Credit will be valid for one year of the date of return.

TABOO STUDIO will not accept any items that have been altered for return.
In-Store Services
TABOO STUDIO stands behind the workmanship of each piece of jewelry we sell. All repairs are charged an hourly rate with a minimum of 30 minutes to complete the repair. We offer cleaning, repair work and other services in our store.

Signature Requirements
We require a signature upon delivery. This assures that the item is properly delivered to the correct parties.
Hold for Pick Up
We can hold any package in-store, for your pickup within standard business hours.

We can help you find the perfect gift for someone who is an existing TABOO STUDIO client. We keep track of every purchase and we can help you find the perfect gift for that special person that has shopped at TABOO STUDIO. Special Order Request
Each piece of jewelry sold online is a one of a kind, handmade item. With that being said, when you see an item on our site that is SOLD, please feel free to contact Julie at (619) 692-0099 or julie@taboostudio.com to see if you can "Request a Similar Order." Please be advised that custom order can take weeks to fulfill and are made at the willingness / discretion of the artist.
Value Descriptions
TABOO STUDIO will be happy to provide a value description. This will include a statement of price, materials, techniques and the artist’s name, accompanied by a photograph of the item.
